"although some of staff tried hard,they seemed badly trained and supervised.the hotel seemed shopworn and in neeed of updating.by contrast we stayed at the crown plaza in petra the next night.the hotel was well kept up the staff was extremly courteos and welcoming and were on their toes at all times.the elat hotel could not even provide me with a computerized receipt when i checked out. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere in elat. monty lomow. please use my comments for whatever purposes you see fit"

Crowne Plaza Eilat is located on the Promenade overlooking the Lagoon on the shores of the Red Sea and approximately half a mile from Eilat Airport. The beach, shopping center, Jules Verne Explorer, Galaxy Sailing Observatory, International Bird-Watching Center, Coral Reserve, and Oceanarium are within walking distance of the hotel. This location is also four miles from the Texas Ranch, six miles from the Dolphin Reef, and seven miles from the Undersea Observatory & Submarine.
